Refund and return
Even if something suddenly went wrong — there is always a solution.
So, what should you do if you want to return or change your purchase or gift from ORNER?
If you didn't like the product or it didn't fit
If for some reason you didn't like our product, you can return or exchange it for 14 days.
To exchange or return an item, please make sure that:
• The product is in good condition and nobody used it;
• All equipment is present, including packaging without damage;
• You have a check (required for return of goods).
If there is a defect on the product
• We are responsible for the quality of our products, so we will exchange goods for free or return the money if you find a manufacturing defect on the product;
• In case you couldn’t inspect the goods immediately (for example, purchased it as a gift) and the defect was discovered later, we will also exchange it or make a refund;
• Even if you purchased ORNER products from our partners and find a defect, we will resolve all issues for you to stay satisfied with your purchase.
Where you can exchange or return the goods?
You can make an exchange or refund in several ways:

After contacting the manager, describe the situation, attach a photo of your product (if you write online), then choose a convenient delivery method as part of the exchange/return.
Exchange/refund can be done:
• By “Nova Poshta” on the territory of Ukraine (delivery is charged additionally at the rates of “Nova Poshta”);
• Courier delivery in Kyiv (delivery is additionally paid — 50 UAH).
If you are sending goods for exchange/refund, after sending it, be sure to inform the manager of the invoice number and your bank details for a refund.
