Self-care diary "Time to Take Care of Yourself" pink

The self-care diary is a valuable tool for finding an understanding with your inner child:

• The journey begins with deep self-analysis: you will assess your state here and now, remember your childhood, compare the past with the present, and figure out what meaning you currently put into the word "care."
• The diary also features various interactive pages with interesting tools, advice, self-care practices, and different SOS practices.
• For 3 months, you will fill out the daily section, divided into morning lines (to record your state and set an intention) and evening lines (for summarizing). After each month and at the end of the journey, you will be able to draw conclusions by noting the changes.
