• build and maintain strong relationships with category managers at retail chains;

In this role, you'll directly influence how our products look on the shelf, how safely they reach customers, and whether the packaging reflects both the product's value and its concept.

We're looking for someone who will help make our office comfortable, organized, and welcoming for the whole team.

📌 What you'll do:

• order water, coffee, kitchen supplies, snacks, cleaning products, and stationery;
• monitor office supplies and make sure everything we need is available on time;
• order equipment, accessories, and other office essentials when needed;
• coordinate cleaning services and handle minor day-to-day office matters;
• arrange coffee machine maintenance and servicing;
• find and communicate with contractors, including plumbers, electricians, printer and roller-blind repair specialists, etc.;
• receive incoming correspondence and send documents;
• coordinate couriers and deliveries, as well as receiving and shipping product samples;
• submit requests to the System Administrator and follow up on their completion;
• communicate with the internet provider, landlord, and service providers;
• help organize birthdays, corporate events, team-building activities, and internal events.
